Hyundai Motor India Limited has announced the commencement of Nationwide Freedom Drive across all Hyundai workshops in India. The seven-day drive begins on 14th August 2020 and lasts up to 21st August 2020 offering Hyundai customers special offers on Periodic Maintenance Service.
Under the Nationwide Freedom Drive, Hyundai customers can avail special offers and benefits on Labour, Car Sanitization and Underbody coating for their Hyundai cars. Freedom Drive at select Dealers also includes Free 50-point check and hi-touch points sanitization, complete interior sanitization packages starting from INR 599, up to 20% discount on labour charges and 15% discount on Underbody Coating.
Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) has around 1300 service touchpoints in India and along with a qualitative service, customers can also get a 360-degree Digital Contact-less Service experience. The brand has also been garnered with No.1 rank in JD Power Customer Service Index study for 3 years consecutively.
In other news, HMIL has reported cumulative sales of 41,300 units of vehicles out of which 38,200 units were sold in the domestic market and 3,100 units in the export markets in July 2020. The company also reported that the Hyundai Creta has crossed the 500,000 milestones of domestic sales since its launch in 2015 setting a new benchmark in the SUV segment.
Recently, Hyundai also announced that the all-new second-generation Hyundai Creta has garnered more than 65,000 bookings since its launch in March 2020. In the month of July 2020 11,549 units of the all-new Creta were sold, leading the SUV segment and retaining the top spot as the best selling SUV for three consecutive months (May, June and July).
Hyundai currently has 11 car models across segments – Santro, Grand i10, Grand i10 NIOS, Elite i20, Aura, Venue, Verna, Creta, Elantra, Tucson and the Kona Electric. Hyundai produces its passenger vehicles at the fully integrated manufacturing facility in Chennai and the brand also exports Hyundai cars to around 88 countries across Africa, Middle East, Latin America, Australia and the Asia Pacific.
