Hyundai India resumes operations in 806 showrooms & 863 workshops

Hyundai Motor India Limited has announced that the brand is opening 806 Showrooms (Dealership & Rural Sales Outlets) and 863 Workshops across India adhering to the new safety guidelines from the Government authorities. The Hyundai showrooms and Workshops have commenced operations with the approvals granted by Central & State Authorities and adhere to the strictest guidelines that promote the safety and wellbeing of its customers, employees and dealer partners. 

The showrooms and workshops are being operated in a graded manner with sanitization procedures to ensure a safe environment and following social distancing policies. The brand has also announced that it has received nearly 9,000 new car bookings and the brand has delivered over 5,600 Hyundai Cars to customers across the country over the last three weeks. During the same period, Hyundai workshops have also serviced more than 1 lakh cars across 530 cities in India. Hyundai has also resumed productions at its plant from 8th of May 2020 with shift operations in place & compliance to social distancing norms.

Hyundai customers can now also opt for remote car demonstrations through online video-conferencing application and connect with sales consultants for any assistance during their car purchase process which can be done through the brand’s online digital sales channel called ‘Click to Buy’ which was launched a couple of months ago and incorporates 500 Hyundai dealerships. The cars included in the ‘Click to Buy’ web portal includes the Hyundai Santro, Grand i10, Grand i10 Nios, new Creta, Elite i20, Aura, new Verna, Elantra, Venue and Tucson.

The customer can register to the Click to Buy service which allows the customers to configure the cars with the choice of their exterior, interiors and allows them to select and the powertrain. The customer can also avail financial services with their existing banks for loan approvals. The platform also allows customers to book a time slot for delivery or the option to get the car delivered at their doorstep.

Hyundai customers can also use the Hyundai Care App to book a service, book a car, request a test drive, view a car in 360-degree and get monthly updates on offers.
