Hyundai registers more than 1.5 Million visitors on Click to Buy

With digital points of sale becoming the new normal during the COVID-19 pandemic, Hyundai has announced that the brand’s contactless digital sales platform ‘Click to Buy’ has registered more than 1.5 Million visitors and more than 20,000 enquiries since its launch in March 2020. The brand also claims that the ‘Click to Buy’ is the country’s first and only comprehensive online car buying platform. 

Since its inception, Hyundai’s Click to Buy has seen more than 20,000 enquiries with more than 20,000 registrations and over 1,900 Hyundai vehicles have been booked, strengthening the eventuality of online automotive retail. Hyundai introduced the ‘Click to Buy’ platform in January of 2020 but the pilot project was limited to only a few dealerships in Delhi NCR and now the brand has expanded the Click to Buy platform to the pan India level that integrates over 600 Hyundai dealerships. 

The Click to Buy platform is targeted towards the tech-savvy and new-age customers who would like to configure their car on a digital platform before going out for purchase and includes the new Hyundai Creta and new Hyundai Verna among other Hyundai cars. The platform also allows customers to explore Hyundai vehicles and book the car of their choice from the safety and comfort of their home, especially during the CoronaVirus pandemic.

Click to Buy is easy to register and after the simple process, customers can configure the Hyundai cars with the choice of their exterior, interiors also allowing them to select and the engine. The platform in itself is easy to use, navigate and is connected to dealerships in real-time. The customer can also get in touch with an allocated sales representative during the purchase cycle and have a personal assistant help them with their choice. 

Through Click to Buy, customers can also avail financial services with their existing banks for loan approvals or through Hyundai partnered Banks such as HDFC and ICICI, in India to facilitate the application of loans online without having the need to visit a Bank/ Branch for approval. 

In related news, Hyundai Motor India Ltd (HMIL) has also posted a cumulative sales of 26,820 units for the month of June 2020 which includes 21,320 units as domestic sales and 5,500 in exports.
