Hyundai has launched the all-new Santro in India at prices starting from INR 3.89 lakh. This was the world premiere of this budget hatchback and is now available across all showrooms in a total of 7 exterior colour options and 9 variants. Ex-showroom price list below:

The new Santro has been launched with a best-in-class 3 years / 100,000 km warranty and 3 years RSA. For safety, you get ABS with EBD, dual front airbags as standard in all variants. Apart from this, the Santro comes with rear parking sensors, speed sensing auto door lock, seat belt with pretensioner and impact sensing auto door unlock.
Powering the all-new Santro is a 1.1L, 4-cylinder petrol motor. This engine produces 69 PS of power @ 5500 RPM and 10.1 kgm of torque @ 4500 RPM matched to a 5-speed manual or AMT gearbox. The same 1.1L motor in CNG option produces 59 PS of power and 8.6 kgm of torque matched to a 5-speed MT. The mileage claimed by Hyundai stands at 20.3 kmpl for the petrol MT & AMT variants and 30.48 km/kg for the CNG variants. The AMT gearbox has been completely developed in-house by Hyundai.
Other first-in-segment features on the 2018 Hyundai Santro includes a 17.64 cm touchscreen infotainment system, voice recognition, smartphone connectivity with Apple CarPlay / Mirror Link / Android Auto, Eco Coating Technology for the AC and reverse camera.
