Hyundai has today launched the all-new Grand i10 Nios hatchback in India. Point to be noted, the Grand i10 Nios will co-exist as a premium model alongside the old Grand i10 here in India. Powering the petrol powered Grand i10 Nios is a 1.2L engine producing 83 PS of power @ 6000 RPM and 11.6 kgm of torque @ 4000 RPM. This engine comes matched to a manual gearbox delivering 20.7 kmpl mileage and an AMT gearbox delivering 20.5 kmpl mileage. The diesel powered Grand i10 Nios comes with a 1.2L engine producing 75 PS of power @ 4000 RPM and 19.4 kgm of torque @ 1750-2250 RPM. The engine is matched to a manual gearbox delivering 26.2 kmpl mileage and AMT gearbox delivering an identical 26.2 kmpl mileage.
The Hyundai Grand i10 Nios is the first car from the brand to get a BSVI engine, which is the 1.2L petrol motor.
The Grand i10 Nios measures 3805mm in length, 1680mm in width, 1520mm in height, 2450mm in wheelbase and runs on 15″ alloy wheels. Other features which are noteworthy on the Grand i10 Nios include boomerang shaped LED DRLs, projector headlamps, gloss black radiator grille, rear chrome garnish, roof rails, chrome door handles, shark fin antenna, air curtains, G-i10 branding on C-pillar, rear skid plate, 15″ diamond cut alloy wheels, fabric seats, loop style door handles, leather wrapped steering wheel, electric adjust and folding ORVMs, rear AC vents, engine start / stop button, parcel tray, smartphone tray, automatic climate control and a speedometer console which is part analogue and part digital. The Grand i10 Nios also has a segment best 20.25 cm touchscreen infotainment, wireless charging and Arkamys sound system.

Hyundai is offering the new Grand i10 Nios 3 new colours which include teal, blue and grey shades and also an option of dual tone paint.
