Hyundai India launches ‘Shield of Trust’ car maintenance program

Hyundai Motors announces the launch of a new car maintenance program called ‘Shield of Trust’. Hyundai Motors India Limited is a forerunner in coming up with such innovative customer-centric offerings. With these initiatives, Hyundai Motors will try to attract more customers to its showrooms and increase its market share in the country.

What Is ‘Shield of Trust’?

It is a nationwide special maintenance package that covers the replacement of running parts like brakes, clutch, wipers, bulbs, hoses, belts and much more across 9 Hyundai models. This maintenance program will cover a total of 14 wear and tear parts. Hyundai mentioned that the customers can avail this package during their new car purchase or any time before 1st free service. This maintenance program will provide added peace of mind to the customers. Hyundai will be providing this replacement program through all the Hyundai dealerships across the country for up to 5 years.

Other Services Offered by Hyundai

In order to encourage customers to stay at home, Hyundai is using tech-driven service facilities like 360 degrees digital, online service booking, vehicle status update, pick and drop from home/office, online payment facility and a touch-free service experience. To improve the customer ownership experience Hyundai is also offering extended warranty, service packages and roadside assistance programs. Currently, with 1298 workshops under its network, Hyundai is covering almost all corners of the country though there are still some locations where Hyundai needs to add its touchpoints.

Recently, Hyundai Motor India Limited completed 25 years in the Indian automotive market and we are pretty much sure they are here to stay for a much longer period of time. With 11 car models in the current portfolio, Hyundai Motors is regularly updating its lineup with innovative products to give a tough fight to its competitors. Recently, spy shots of a Hyundai i20 N-Line being road-tested was doing the rounds on the internet which confirms that Hyundai Motors is planning some big projects to launch in the Indian market. Currently, the electric vehicle is the most lucrative segment in the automotive industry and Hyundai wants to leverage this opportunity by launching an electric compact SUV in India by 2022.
