‘Hyundai Hygiene Drive’ launched with Free 50-point check-up & Sanitization

Hyundai Motors India Limited (HMIL) has announced the commencement of a nationwide ‘Hyundai Hygiene Drive’ across all Hyundai workshops that aims to provide completely sanitised Hyundai vehicles in view of the COVID-19 outbreak. The hygiene drive will last till the 31st of July 2020 and during the activity, customers can avail special incentives and offers on the sanitization of Hyundai vehicles. 

Hyundai has resumed operations on its showrooms and workshops adhering to the respective state regulation for safety among the customers and employees. The offers and benefits under the Hyundai Hygiene Drive include a free 50 points general check-up and hi-touch points sanitization. 

Alongside the free service, complete interior smoke sanitization can be availed starting at INR 599, complete interior surface sanitization can be availed starting at INR 999, exterior Dry Wash starting at INR 340 and special offers on New Car Purchase during the time of the Hyundai Hygiene Drive. 

Hyundai has also launched a 360-degree & contactless Hyundai Service facility along with Click to Buy online sales platform and a Digital Service Initiative called ‘Hyundai on Whatsapp’ that offers the customer with updates to the car during the entire service process, from booking an appointment to post-service feedback. 

Recently, Hyundai has also launched its line of personal protective equipment under its accessory arm Mobis India LTD. The products are positioned under the ‘Kavach’ brand and include a KN95 face mask, a protective face shield, and car accessories such as a Humidifier that maintains optimum air moisture in the car and prevents allergies and dry skin. Furthermore, the Kavach brand also includes an antibacterial spray, an aromatic alcohol-based neutraliser that can be used to disinfect frequently touched points such as the door handles, steering wheel, handbrake, gear knob, power window buttons, control stalks, seatbelts etc. 

The Kavach range also brings a compact Vacuum cleaner with a heavy-duty motor, a pouch of Activated Carbon, made from 100% organic Bamboo Charcoal that helps absorb bad odour, an Infrared contactless Temperature Checking Gun and Full-floor mat made from PVC that laminated the flooring available for Grand i10 NIOS, Aura, Venue, Verna and Creta. 

HMIL also recently posted its cumulative sales performance and the brand has registered a sales of 26 820 units for the month of June 2020 which includes 21,320 units as domestic sales and 5,500 in exports.
