Hyundai Creta N Line makes spy shot debut

Written by Rohit Tonapi

We recently saw a teaser image of the upcoming Creta N Line. And now, thanks to new spy shots, get to see the car in action out on the roads. According to the teaser image by Hyundai, the Creta N Line will make its global debut in June 2022. The model will initially be available in the South American market. However, we expect Hyundai to bring it to other markets, including India.

Hyundai is expanding its N Line lineup globally. Internationally, we get a lot of options in the N Line. However, currently, India only gets the i20 N Line. That will soon change as the Hyundai gears up to introduce the Venue N Line in a few weeks. Considering how popular the Creta is in India, we also expect Hyundai to bring in the Creta N Line sooner than later.

Hyundai Creta N Line Spy Shots – What Do We Get To See?

Spy shots of the new Creta N Line show the car is close to production form. We also don’t see any camouflage. Interestingly, the N Line will use the pre-facelift version of the Creta as its base.

Looking at the spy shots, we see a much wider front grille. The grille also has a thicker horizontal chrome insert at the top than the regular Creta. The width of the grille also makes it sit almost flush with the headlights. The dark chrome inserts for the grille are also similar to that of the i20 N Line and upcoming Tucson. The lower air dam is much taller and has darker inserts. It also has contrasting grey inserts separating it from the fog lights. The fog light design is now much sharper and features a vertical layout.

The side profile of the car is similar to the regular Creta. There seem to be no changes whatsoever. In fact, the 17-inch alloy wheels seen on the car are identical to the ones available in India. When it does come to India, expect it to get an N Line specific design. The only other visible difference is the side cladding, which gets subtle tweaks.

Similar to the front, the rear of the Creta N Line gets a different bumper. The bumper is split into two sections, giving it a faux diffuser look. There are also more darkened inserts. Completing the look are the twin double-barrel exhaust pipes. These are now specific to the N Line models.
