Hyundai Motor India announces Nationwide Freedom Drive across all Hyundai workshops from 14th to August 21. The main objective of this drive is to check the customer’s car thoroughly and help them fix all their issues. In addition to this, Hyundai is also offering its customers discounts on the Extended Warranty, Roadside Assistance and Labour charge. Hyundai aims to provide its customers with a seamless service experience, thus enhancing peace of mind for customers. Given the current scenario, Hyundai has revamped its online services to improve the flexibility for its customers.
Benefits and Offers Offered Under This Freedom Drive
Hyundai mentioned that they are providing a 10 per cent discount on External Warranty. In addition to this, the Road Assistance Package is also now available for a discount of 20 per cent. Customers who could not get their cars serviced from January to June 21’ can avail of up to 15 per cent discount on mechanical labour.
Hyundai India Enhance Its Customer-Centric Services
The post-pandemic world has introduced a new lifestyle, i.e., ‘work-from-home in all our lives. Customers these days are looking to avail themselves of most of the services from the comfort of their homes. Taking this into consideration, Hyundai India has introduced services supporting this cause. Customers now have the convenience of pick and drop from home/office for their vehicle, online payment facility, online vehicle status update and online service bookings. Currently, Hyundai has over 1,323 workshops across the country, with more getting added as days pass on.

In terms of sales figures, Hyundai India sold over 48,042 units for July 2021. The top-selling product was Creta, which is also India’s highest-selling SUV. The newly launched Alcazar has also created a positive impact in the market and managed to receive close to 11,000 bookings just within a month since its launch. The company currently has 11 products under its name. This includes Santro, Grand i10 Nios, All-new i20, Aura, Venue, Verna, Creta, Alcazar, Elantra, New 2020 Tucson and Kona Electric.
