For the month of July-August 2014, Hyosung has registered a sales growth of over 100% in the 250cc segment year-on-year. The company sold a total of 375 units comprising of the GT 250 R and Aquila 250.
The fully faired GT 250 R is powered by a 4-stroke, DOHC, 249cc, V-twin, oil cooled engine producing 28 BHP of power @ 10,000 RPM and 22.07 Nm of torque @ 8,000 RPM. Engine is mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox. The GT 250 R can acheive a top speed of 140 kmph.
The Aquila 250 cruiser is powered by a 4-stroke, DOHC, 249cc, V-twin, oil cooled engine producing 26.21 BHP of power @ 9,500 RPM and 21.37 Nm of torque @ 7,000 RPM. Engine is mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox. The cruiser is 2,282mm long, 875mm wide and 1,096mm tall with a wheelbase of 1515mm.
