Hyosung Mirage 250 cruiser India launch in September 2018

Kinetic Group has taken over Hyosung operations for India from DSK Motowheels. The brand is now planning to launch a new 250cc cruiser motorcycle here in our country under their Motoroyale brand. The Korean make, Hyosung Mirage 250 is expected to make a debut in showrooms in September 2018 and will be a replacement to the Aquila 250 cruiser model.

The new Mirage 250 cruiser will come with features like a teardrop fuel tank, alloy wheels, short mud guards, single-pot instrument console, LED tail lamp, LED pilot lamps, round headlamp, floating side cowl and conventional suspension setup. This will be a typical feet-forward cruiser motorcycle to ride and Hyosung claims that the bike can deliver over 400 km of riding range on a single tank of fuel. However, thanks to a cow horn style handlebar, the riding position will be a bit sporty suited more to the younger buyer set.

Powering the Hyosung Mirage 250 is a 250cc, V-Twin petrol motor producing 25.8 HP of power @ 9000 RPM and 21.7 Nm of torque @ 7000 RPM. Power figures vary from the Aquila 250 with less power, but slightly more torque. The bike comes with front and rear disc brakes along with dual-channel ABS as standard.

Expect pricing to be in the range of INR 2.5 lakh for this Hyosung Mirage 250. But, who will buy it?
