HMSI recorded sales of 3,74,747 units out of which 3,38,289 stood for domestic sales of two-wheelers and 36,458 for overseas export sales, for fiscal year 2023-2024. Honda also launched its two new OBD2 compliant models in Uttar Pradesh. One of which is the MY23 SP 125 and the other being MY23 Activa 125.
Honda Activa 125 is the latest product launched by HMSI that is OBD2 compliant. The Honda Activa 125 is priced from INR 78,920 and prices vary according to the variant the consumer chooses to buy. Activa 125 is available in 4 variants such as New-H Smart, Disc, Drum Alloy and Drum. Honda runs on its PGM-FI 124cc engine that delivers max power of 6.10 kW at 6500 rpm and produces 10.3 Nm torque at 5000 rpm.
The top variant of Activa 125 now comes with features like a 6 years warranty package, 3 years standard and 3 years optional service warranty. Additionally, a double-lid external fuel fill where petrol can be filled whilst sitting on the scooter. With the idiling stop system, 20 seconds of inactivity automatically switches the engine off. Lastly, the feature of side stand engine cut off, as the name suggests, with the engagement of the side stand the scooters engine will be disabled.
Honda SP 125 is a BS VI OBD2 compliant PGM-FI engine powered by eSP. Honda SP 125 is available in a drum and disc variant. Prices start at 85,131 and increase with higher variants. The 4-stroke, 123.3cc engine produces 8 kW power at 7500 rpm and produces 10.9 Nm torque at 6000 rpm.
