Honda Cars India has launched the all-new third-generation Amaze, starting at INR 7.99 lakh (ex-showroom).

The first-generation model was followed by the second-generation Amaze in 2018, which brought significant design and feature upgrades. Over the years, the Amaze has sold over 5.8 lakh units, becoming a strong contender in its segment. Its continuous evolution has helped it maintain a significant presence in the Indian automotive market.

The new Amaze is powered by a 1.2-litre i-VTEC petrol engine, delivering 90 PS of power and 110 Nm of torque. It comes with two transmission options: a 5-speed manual and a CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission). The manual variant offers a mileage of 18.65 km/l, while the CVT variant provides 19.46 km/l.

New Amaze Additional Features
Honda’s new offering includes features like wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, wireless charging, and a push-button start/stop system. It also comes with a Drive View Recorder (DVR) feature in the Honda Connect app, which records footage of surrounding events and can be used as evidence in case of an accident.
Market Position
The Amaze has been a popular choice in the compact sedan segment since its launch in 2013. With over 5.8 lakh units sold in India, the new model aims to continue this legacy by offering enhanced features and competitive pricing.
