Honda launches Activa 125 Premium Edition at INR 78,725

Honda 2Wheelers India has launched a more premium version of its ever-popular Activa scooter. Named Activa125 Premium Edition, the scooter aims to offer the customers a more exciting and enhanced experience. Activa is the most successful and renowned scooter brand in the country. Honda has played its game pretty well with the Activa and continues to update the product on a regular basis. This premium edition of Activa gets a host of changes and updates to make it stand out from the crowd.

Price and Color Options

This special Premium Edition of the Activa 125 will have two dual-tone colour options. These are Pearl Amazing White with Matte Magnificent Copper Metallic and Matte Steel Black Metallic with Matte Earl Silver Metallic. There are two variants on offer, Drum Alloy which retails at INR 78,725 (ex-showroom) and Disc that has a sticker price of INR 82,280 (ex-showroom).

Changes In The Premium Edition

For starters, the scooter is finished in a dual-tone shade with colours extending from the front covers along with the side panels. To further excite things, Honda has finished the engine and front suspension in black colour. The LED Head Lamp adds to the sleek and modern outlook of the scooter. The body colour grab rails along with premium graphics provide an elegant look to the rear end. There’s a special stylish tail lamp with Activa 125 embossed on the scooter that helps accentuate the uniqueness of this edition.

Honda Activa 125 Premium Edition – Technical Specifications and Features

Mechanically, there’s no change to the scooter, and thus it is identical to the regular trim of the Activa 125. Powering the scooter is a 124cc single-cylinder engine that makes 8.1 BHP and 10.3 Nm. Other key highlights include a multifunction switch, Idling Stop System, pass switch, external fuel filler cap, and a front glove box. From a safety point of view, the scooter gets a Combi-Braking system and a side-stand engine cut-off function. The instrument cluster has an analogue speedometer and an LCD screen. The Rider can toggle through various riding statistics like fuel efficiency, mileage, range, a trip meter, an odometer, and a clock.
