A recent spy shot has revealed a Honda Elevate Black Edition in a gorgeous black colour. The Black Edition of the Elevate SUV is anticipated to be introduced this month.

Honda Elevate Black Edition:

The Elevate Black Edition will be released by Honda Cars India Limited with an all-black theme. The paint used on the bodywork appears to be Crystal Black Pearl. The spy shots indicate that the basic SUV’s alloy wheels are also painted black to compliment its Black Edition look. The body cladding, which contrasts with the rest of Gloss Black, appears to be unpainted throughout.

It appears that Honda is giving the front headlights and rear tail lights a smoked appearance. A Black Edition-specific insignia is visible on the tailboard. Additionally, these spy photos imply that Honda may be selling tinted privacy glass for the sunroof, back windows and rear windscreen.

Interior

The interior of the Elevate Black Edition is also all-black. The Elevate comes with a dual-tone interior design of brown and black as standard. There will likely be a few Black Edition badges inside to add a unique touch.

Honda Elevate Black Edition: Engine

The black edition will get the same 1.5L NA Petrol i-VTEC engine. When paired with a 6-speed MT or 6-speed AMT, this engine will provide a maximum power output of 119 bhp and a maximum torque of 145 Nm. Only top-spec trims may be available for the Honda Elevate Black Edition.

Further, Honda Elevate is available in 7 colour options: Lunar Silver Metallic, Phoenix Orange Pearl, Obsidian Blue Pearl, Radiant Red Metallic, Platinum White Pearl, Golden Brown Metallic, and Meteoroid Grey Metallic. A Crystal Black Pearl roof matched to Orange, White, and Red hues is another of Honda’s three dual-tone colour options.
