Just a few days after increasing the prices of its popular C-segment sedan City, Honda has now introduced a limited edition. The new Honda City Apex Edition is now available for a limited time, starting at Rs 13.30 lakh ex-showroom. Read more details below.

Honda City Apex Edition – what is special?
Available in two trim options – V and VX, the Apex Edition is a limited-time model. Its prices start from Rs 13.30 lakh for the V variant. The main differences between the standard model and Apex Edition are the new interiors.
The pricing of the new Apex Edition is as follows:

The special edition City is equipped with beige interiors, leather upholstery on the instrument panel and centre console, and leather upholstery on the door pads. Additionally, it gets seven colours of adjustable ambient lighting along with themed cushions and covers. It also has Apex badging on its exteriors in multiple areas.
As per Honda, the Apex Edition has been launched to entice new customers with the premium packaging and luxury of the City sedan. The City sedan comes powered by a trusted and reliable 1.5-litre naturally-aspirated petrol engine that makes 119.35bhp and 145Nm of peak power and torque. It is offered with a choice of a 6-speed manual and a CVT automatic transmission option.
The City Apex Edition will compete with the Hyundai Verna, Volkswagen Virtus, and Skoda Slavia in India.

Our verdict
The new City sedan limited edition offers enhanced luxury and soft-touch leather for a premium feel. Its strong engine performance and reliable mechanism have been a strong selling point among sedan customers. Honda aims to increase the sales of the City moniker with the new Apex Edition launch.
