Honda CB650R E-Clutch model details
Honda has officially teased the upcoming CB650R model on its social media handles in India. The upcoming model is expected to receive a new E-Clutch system, which makes the riding more stress-free.
As per the details, the E-Clutch system uses two different servo motors around the clutch casing. These electronically operated motors assist in a smooth shifting pattern, as well as hold the clutch during bumper-to-bumper riding conditions in city.
Moreover, the E-Clutch system can be turned off manually by the rider as per their requirements, thus further gaining complete manual clutch control of the bike.
Apart from the new E-Clutch, we expect that Honda will introduce new colourways or new graphics on the neo-retro streetfighter bike. It features a sharp design with a sculpted fuel tank and an upright tail section.
Powering the CB650R is the tried and tested 649cc, inline-four-cylinder engine. It is paired with a 6-speed transmission, which combined develops 94 bhp and 62.3 Nm of peak power and torque, respectively.
As far as the launch is concerned, we can safely assume that the new bike will be introduced in the coming weeks.
