Hero MotoCorp has announced that their premium Xtreme 200R motorcycle is now on sale across the country. Previously launched only in a few sectors, the Xtreme 200R has an ex-showroom price tag of INR 89,900. The dealer dispatch for this motorcycle will begin from this week onwards. Meanwhile, Hero MotoCorp has also confirmed that the next big launch will be the Xpulse 200.
The Hero Xtreme 200R comes with a single-channel ABS system as standard.
The Xtreme 200R comes powered by a BSIV compliant 200cc engine which is air-cooled and produces 18.4 PS of power and 17.1 Nm of torque matched to a 5-speed gearbox. With a top speed of 114 kmph, the bike can sprint from 0-60 kmph in 4.6 seconds. The bike is built around a new lightweight yet stiff chassis and it also benefits from a rear monoshock.
Features include LED pilot lamps, LED tail lamps, digital + analogue speedometer, sharp tank design, sporty decals, single-piece contoured seat, etc. Xtreme 200R will be available in 5 colour options black + silver, black + red, red, grey + orange & blue.
