Hero MotoCorp has launched the new Xoom Combat Edition scooter in the Indian market at the price of INR 80,967 ex-showroom. The Hero Xoom Combat Edition comes with a new Matte Shadow Grey Colour. The special fighter jet inspired colour costs around INR 1,000 more than the standard model. Also, the Hero Xoom Combat Edition will be available only in the ZX top-spec variant with only one paint theme available as of now.
Combat Edition – Matte Shadow Grey
The Hero MotoCorp’s Xoom Combat Edition scooter features a Grey theme with bluish tint and Black finish on the side of the front apron. The Combat Edition scooter also comes with Yellow accents on the nose, sides as well as on the rear panels. The scooter also comes with a dark grey finish exhaust heat shield, gloss black finish on the front apron and the yellow graphics with themes depicting combat vehicles dangerous nature. The Xoom Combat Edition also comes with dual tone alloy wheels.
Powering the Hero MotoCorp Xoom Combat Edition is the same 110.9cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine. The engine produces 8.05 Hp of power and 8.70 Nm of torque matched to a CVT gearbox. The scooter comes with telescopic hydraulic shock absorbers on the front and a unit swing with spring preload damper on the rear. The Xoom also comes with a disc brake on the front and drum brake on the rear. In addition to this, the Xoom scooter comes with a very accessible 770mm of seat height.
The Hero Xoom also comes with features such as Hero H-position LED lamps, corner bending lamps, signature H shaped LED taillamp and a projector LED headlamp. The brand also boasts that the Xoom has the fastest acceleration in the segment and comes with bigger and wider tyres. The scooter also comes with low fuel indicator and real time mileage indicator. In addition to this, the Xoom also gets bluetooth connectivity and USB mobile charging.
