Hero MotoCorp virtual showroom allows digital 2-wheeler buying experience

Hero MotoCorp, the world’s largest two-wheeler manufacturer announces the launch of its Virtual Showroom. This is a step forward to intensify the brand’s digital approach. To help encourage people to stay at home, major automotive companies are coming up with innovative approaches. Virtual Showroom is in much development recently, given the current pandemic scenario. Virtual Showrooms are so much more convenient, where people can experience the products from the comfort of their home. Not only this, but Hero MotoCorp also temporarily stopped production at all the plants. This is done, in order to break the chain of Covid-19 which is spreading at a very fast pace in the country.

Virtual Showroom Are The Future

Hero MotoCorp’s virtual showroom is available on the company’s official website. There is also an option where customers can navigate to ‘Request a call back’. Then the call executive will guide them with all the queries related to the product. There is also an option of direct purchase. Hero Product Configurator plays an important part in the Virtual Showroom. It provides a 3D experience to the customers by displaying all the product colours, features and variants. There’s also an Accessory Configurator which gives a detailed overview of all the accessories of the customer’s choice. The customers can also know about the detailed price breakup via the Accessory Configurator which gets updated in real-time.

Recently Hero MotoCorp and Harley-Davidson revealed the price for their range of motorcycles in India. In this new partnership, Hero MotoCorp will look into the sales, service and spare parts of Harley Davidson products in India. Currently, there are 12 service centres in the country. The list consists of Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Bhubaneshwar, Chennai, Delhi, Dehradun, Hyderabad, Kochi, Kolkata, Mumbai and Pune. But, leveraging Hero MotoCorp’s wide service network, Harley Davidson will try to replicate the same. In terms of sales figure, Hero MotoCorp posted a cumulative sales of 5.77 lakh units for March 2021.
