Recently, Hero MotoCorp celebrated its 100 million cumulative production milestone by organising an event in the company’s manufacturing facility at Gurugram. In that particular event, Hero MotoCorp unveiled 6 new special editions products which include, Destini 125, Maestro Edge 110, Splendor+, Xtreme 160R, Passion Pro and Glamour. Now, the world’s largest two-wheeler company announces the launch of the 100 million Editions of Destini 125 and Maestro Edge 110 for sale. These special edition trims only receive cosmetic changes which include a new dual-tone paint scheme of red and white that matches that of the brand’s logo. The Maestro Edge 125cc variant does not get this special 100 million edition.
Maestro Edge 110
The Maestro Edge 110 uses a 110.9cc single-cylinder engine that cranks out 8 BHP of power at 7,250 RPM and 8.7 Nm of twisting force at 5,750 RPM. In terms of features, the Maestro has a USB charging port, an engine immobiliser, an under-seat storage lamp, an external fuel lid, a linked braking system and an LED tail lamp. The equipped front luggage hook, 22-litre under-seat storage compartment and a front storage box add to the practicality points. The regular trim of the Maestro Edge 110 comes with six shades of colour, Midnight Blue, Candle Blazing Red, Seal Silver, Panther Black, Techno Blue and Pearl Fadeless White.
Destini 125
Powering the Destini 125 is a 124.6cc single-cylinder engine that makes 9 BHP of power at 7,000 RPM and 10.4 Nm of torque at 5,500 RPM. To make it more attractive, Hero MotoCorp equipped the Destini with features such as a handlebar-mounted headlamp with LED guide lamps and turn indicators positioned on its front apron. The scooter also gets the i3S system which helps in conserving fuel and a convenient external fuel filler cap. It gets an analogue speedometer with a small digital unit that displays a trip meter, fuel level, and odometer as standard. Destini regular trim is available with five colour options, white, red, black, maroon and matte grey.
Pricing and Other Details
Both the special 100 million editions of Maestro Edge 110 and Destini 125 have a sticker price of INR 65,250 and INR 72,250 (ex-showroom) respectively.
