E-Cycle solutions company Hero Lectro has launched the F6i Smart E-Cycle in the Indian market targeted towards the emerging cyclists’ community who would want an electric-assisted bicycle for the daily commute, fun, adventure and recreation. The Hero Lectro F6i was also showcased at the 15th edition of the Auto Expo 2020 in Delhi and attracted a lot of attention to the Hero Lectro paddock.
The Hero Lectro F6i has been introduced at such a time when customers’ are looking for personal mobility solutions due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Customers are not only looking for affordable means of personal transport, but the new generation users also want mobility solutions that are eco-friendly. Research also suggests that cycling automatically promotes social distancing which also protects the users from the CoronaVirus disease.
The Hero Lectro F6i features a high-end design equipped with an agile frame and comes with a detachable battery that not only offers the portability to easily charge the E-Cycle at home or office but the powerful battery also delivers a 60 km range on a single charge. The Hero Lectro F6i features an 18-inch city commuting geometry, with a semi-integrated battery system, 60mm travel Zoom suspension, Semi-integrated threadless Neco with Safety Lock headset, 7-speed Shimano Easy Fire Shifter and Rear Derailleur, 46T Pro wheel crankset, 27.5-inch double wall black 36 hole alloy rims.
The Hero Lectro F6i is powered by a 36V/250W, Rear Hub Motor that can provide a top speed of 25 kmph in full electric. The Li-Ion 36 V,11.6Ah IP76 rated battery takes 5-6 hours to charge. The E-Cycle also comes with an iSmart App with Bluetooth connectivity and a USB port for charging. The app is based on an Android platform.
Apart from the Lectro F6i, the brand has a range of E-cycles such as E-zephyr TX, Glide TX, Essentia TX, Townmaster etc, for sale in the Indian market.
