Hero Electric offering benefits up to INR 6,000 on scooters in festive season

India’s leading electric mobility solutions company, Hero Electric has announced that the brand has launched customer-centric, limited period festive offers across its lithium-ion & lead-acid range of electric scooters. The new offers will encourage the adoption of electric vehicles as more individuals are looking for personal mobility solutions in the post COVID lockdown era. Personal electric vehicles not only help with social distancing, but it also saves the environment by reducing the carbon footprint as compared to the internal-combustion-engine-powered scooter or motorcycle.

Under the new festive offers, Hero Electric is offering a cash discount of INR 3,000 flat for lead-acid models and a flat cash discount of INR 5000 on select models across all Hero Electric dealerships in India. Furthermore, the Hero referral scheme is also valid and customers who buy under the scheme get an additional INR 1000 discount, bringing the total discount value to up to INR 6,000. But it is important to note that this offer is not valid on the newly launched Optima HX City Speed and Nyx HX City Speed which are currently available at an Introductory Price of INR 57,560 and INR 63,990 respectively.

In addition to the cash discounts, the brand is also offering the choice of additional discounts on the exchange of any two-wheelers up to INR 5000 or the option to avail attractive finance options at 0% interest at select locations. The validity for the limited period festive offer has already commenced and is scheduled to run till the 14th of November 2020. The festive offers are available at all Hero Electric dealerships, and customers can walk into any of the 500+ fully sanitised showrooms to purchase the Hero Electric scooter. The brand is also offering a one of its kind 3-day return policy on all its e-bikes along with a cashback of up to INR 2000 on the reference of other consumers.

Hero Electric’s e-scooters are also in line with the Government’s policy to reduce fossil fuel consumption and bring down the import of oil. In the recent past, Hero Electric also announced that the brand already commands a market share of 45% in the balance category of electric two-wheelers giving it the top position in the electric two-wheeler segment.
