Delhi-based electric mobility company, Gemopai Electric has announced discount offers on the brand’s Miso, Astrid Lite and Ryder electric scooters. The discount has been offered to boost sales and encourage the adoption of electric vehicles during the festive season. The discount offer will be valid till 20th November 2020 and customers will receive a cash discount ranging from INR 2000 – INR 5500 on all variants, including free accessories on the model – Astrid Lite.
With the new discount initiative, Gemopai has further lowered the cost of ownership, making the e-scooter more affordable and easily accessible for a wide range of customers. The e-scooter is not only affordable it is also cost-effective in operation and environmentally friendly for daily commutes.
In the recent past, Gemopai launched an affordable mini electric-scooter in the Indian market called the ‘Miso’ offered at the price of INR 44,000 ex-showroom, with the intention of providing a means of personal last-mile mobility with social distancing. The Miso is powered by a hub-mounted electric motor paired to a 1 kW detachable Lithium-Ion battery that provides a range of up to 75 km on a single charge and can be recharged to 90% state of charge in 2 hours time.
The new discount schemes are in line with the post-COVID safety concerns and enable the customer to acquire affordable means of transport with the safety of social distancing as compared to public modes of transport. Gemopai has 60+ dealerships across the country, each of which is equipped with a service centre to give customers multiple service touchpoints.
Recently, the brand also announced a first of its kind, 3-year service warranty for all its models – Miso, Ryder and Astride Lite. The brand claims that the service warranty is one of a kind and has never been announced by any other electric scooter manufacturer.
