Ford has introduced a new Titanium+ petrol manual variant for the EcoSport compact-SUV. The new Ford EcoSport is not really a frequent sight on the streets yet, and the brand is taking initiatives to boost sales. This new variant will be the top-of-the-line petrol version for the EcoSport compact-SUV.
Ford has priced this variant at INR 10.47 lakh ex-showroom across India. Powering this product will be a 1.5L 3-cylinder motor matched to a 5-speed manual gearbox.
ord India has expanded the model lineup of its compact utility vehicle Ford EcoSport with the introduction of a new top-of-the line Titanium+ petrol variant.
The Titanium+ is a very feature packed variant with 17″ alloy wheels, 6-airbags, touchscreen infotainment, climate control, LED DRLs, steering mounted controls, MID, LED DRLs, etc.
The new EcoSport Titanium+ petrol MT sports the new 1.5L engine which debuted with the facelift. This naturally aspirated motor is a 3-cylinder petrol sipping block producing 123 PS of power and 150 Nm of torque. Ford claims that this motor can deliver 17 kmpl of mileage and has 7% reduced carbon footprint.
Ford also offers the EcoSport in a 1.5L diesel engine option which produces 100 PS of power and delivers 23 kmpl of mileage.
