BMW India has launched the first-ever BMW Urban Retail Store with KUN Exclusive in Hyderabad, Telangana. The BMW Urban Retail Store is based on the BMW Facility NEXT concept and is the evolution of the BMW dealer network into a new-age interactive urban space which offers customers with a Phygital environment that enables physical experience with digital experience and consists of a showroom with BMW and MINI lifestyle apparel and car accessories along with a café.
The BMW Urban Retail Store comprises of vehicle display area, exclusive BMW, MINI Lifestyle collections and car accessories section. The brand has also integrated a unique café by Blue Tokai that serves patrons an exclusive limited edition in-house brew of ‘BMW blend coffee’ along with specially selected gourmet snacks.
The Urban Retail Store offers the BMW Lifestyle Collection, showcased for BMW enthusiasts which include various lifestyle products such as the new BMW Collection, BMW Bikes, BMW M Collection, BMW Motorsports Collection, BMW Classic Collection, BMW Miniature, BMW Kids Collection, BMW Sports Collections, Montblanc Collection and the MINI Lifestyle Collection including the MINI 2020 Collection and the MINI 60 Years Collection.
The store also offers the all-new fourth generation BMW Cruise Bikes which are made of light and strong frame, feature a low maintenance Shimano Nexus 7 – Speed Hub gear and hydraulic disc brakes.
The Urban Retail Store also comes with an experience zone featuring Virtual Reality that offers customers with an interactive Virtual Product Presentation displayed on a large screen allowing customers to configure their dream BMW car. Customers can also explore various finance and insurance options through BMW Financial Services India which are available on the entire range of BMW products. The interactive system also allows customers to scan through the BMW and MINI collection range and is not limited to the products available at the store, but customers can now shop directly online and have it shipped to their home.
