Given the rising sales of SUVs in the market, ExxonMobil Corporation has introduced a new synthetic range of engine oil. Named ‘Mobil Super TM All-in-One Protection SUV Pro’, this engine oil has been developed especially for SUVs. Engine oil is one of the critical components of an engine. High-quality oil plays a fundamental role in the engine like smooth running, emission compliance, performance and fuel efficiency depends on it.

Details Of The Product

ExxonMobil claims that this engine oil comes with active ingredients that are necessary for SUV engines. Moreover, the company also claims 79 per better engine wear protection. Other benefits include outstanding low-speed pre-ignition protection to prevent internal engine damage, enhanced protection for stop-and-go traffic to help conserve fuel on daily commutes, all-weather protection for longer engine life and heat-activated anti-wear protection.

This engine oil is suitable for both petrol and diesel engines and SUVs across models from leading automakers in India. This engine oil meets both American Petroleum Institute (API) SN Plus and European Automobile Manufacturers’ Association (ACEA) A3/B4 Standards. Customers can buy the Mobil Super SUV Pro in three different size packs. Those are 1-litre, 3.5-litre and 5-litre pack sizes. ExxonMobil has confirmed that this engine oil is available across all Mobil Authorized Retail stores, Mobil Car Care Stores and Amazon.

Demand For SUVs Increasingly Growing Stronger

In recent years, there has been a significant shift in the automotive market. Customers are more inclined towards buying an SUV rather than a hatchback or sedan. In India, SUVs today account for almost one-third of passenger vehicle sales. Indians find SUVs as a more practical option with higher ground clearance. And with this, the car looks much bigger and taller, giving it a sense of a ‘bigger car’. Automakers have also shifted their focus to SUVs. In fact, most of the new launches in the passenger car segment belong to the SUV segment.
