RUV350 Battery & Performance
The BGauss RUV350 comes with a 3 kWh CAN enabled battery pack which is IP67 rated and has an aluminum battery case with natural cooling, no liquid cooling. The battery pack is not of the removable type. Powering the RUV350 is a PMSM in-wheel motor producing 3500w peak power and rated power of 250w and 165 Nm of torque. This electric scooter has a top speed of just 75 kmph and can sprint from 0-40 kmph in 5.8 seconds when using sports mode. The Motor and Controller also has an IP67 rating. Ride modes restrict the speed too: Eco – 45 kmph, Ride – 60 kmph & Sport – 75 kmph.
RUV350 Range & Charging
BGauss is claiming an ARAI certified range of 135 km in eco mode and a true range of 120 km in eco mode. Charging times are as follows:
- 0-80% SOC: 5 hour 25 minutes (500W), 2 hours 40 minutes (840W) & 1 hour 55 minutes (1350W)
- 0-100% SOC: 6 hours 50 minutes (500W), 3 hours 55 minutes (840W) & 2 hours 35 minutes (1350W)
RUV350 Body & Dimentions
The BGauss RUV350 weighs just 122 kg kerb. It measures 1928mm in length, 697mm in width, 1200mm in height, 1335mm in wheelbase, has a seat height of 785mm, 160mm of ground clearance and a standard payload of 150 kg.
The RUV350 makes use of a tubular chassis, metal body, offers a side & main stand, 16″ alloy wheels, tubeless tyres, drub brakes with CBS, telescopic front forks and a 4-step adjustable single hydraulic rear shock absorber.

The new BGauss RUV350 comes with features such as all LED lighting, LED DRLs, 15L under seat storage, 2.2L mobile pocket storage, 4.5L under foot board storage, USB charging, flip key, parking brake, reverse mode via a switch, cruise mode, hill hold, distance to empty display, roll over detection, regenerative braking, service reminder, side & main stand motor cut-off, etc.
The speedometer cluster is a 5″ TFT display which is IP67 rated, but is not a touch screen. It will show information such as turn-by-turn navigation, smartphone notifications, 2 display themes, adaptive display with auto brightness, user profiles, document storage, ride & charge statistics.
The scooter also gets app based smart features such as firmware updates, parental lock, immobilization, selectable speed modes, vehicle health check, telematics, etc.
RUV350 Warranty
BGauss is offering 36,000 or 3 years warranty on vehicle, batter & charger. There’s also an extended warranty option for the battery up to 1,00,000 km or 5 years.
