Both the RS-50 and ES-50 also come with a contemporary design language featuring LED daytime running lights, LED headlamps, sharp and aerodynamic styling, under-seat storage space, a fully digital instruments cluster as well as advanced features such as keyless entry and go. We expect the brand to provide the technical specifications soon by updating its official website or through its official social media channels.

Existing Products & Production Facility

The Chennai-based manufacturer produces the electric scooter at their 46000 sqft assembly plant in Dharmapuri, Tamil Nadu and employs more than 50 people. Apart from electric two-wheelers the company also produces electric mobility products such as Electric Loader, Passenger Electric Rickshaws, Electric Garbage Lifting Vehicle and Small Electric Van many of which have received i-CAT (International Centre for Automotive Technology) certification for e-rickshaws as well as spare parts for electric vehicles. The brand is aggressively marketing their i-CAT approved e-rickshaw and is also inviting people who want to open dealerships in select markets. The brand claims that its e-rickshaws are known for advanced features, reliability and mileage.

Future Products

The brand’s motto is to provide the country with clean eco-friendly products and is in line with the governments Make In India initiative. In the recent past, E-Man also gave us a glimpse of the future electric vehicle, a four-wheeler that the brand plans to build in the Indian market. The brand calls it ‘Hypertruck’ which claims to be India’s first on and off-road capable electric SUV. According to the brand, the Hypertruck will come with features such as a large enough battery to return a range of 400 km per charge, a top speed of 150 kmph, independent, adaptive and active suspension as well as all-wheel-drive capability.
