Written by News Team

Ducati has introduced the Panigale V2 and V4 Race Replica motorcycles to the Indian market. These limited-edition models, adorned with the liveries of Ducati Corse’s MotoGP and World Superbike (WSBK) machines, are now available for order.

The Race Replica series is a tribute to the prowess and success of Ducati in international racing circuits. The Panigale V2 and V4 come with the same high-performance features as their standard counterparts but are distinguished by their unique design and additional racing-inspired components.

Design and Aesthetics

The Panigale V2 and V4 Race Replicas are visually striking, featuring the iconic color schemes of Ducati’s racing teams. The V2 model showcases the black and red livery, reminiscent of the Aruba.it Racing WorldSSP Team’s winning motorcycles. The V4, on the other hand, is available in several liveries, including those of 2023 MotoGP World Champion Pecco Bagnaia, runner-up Jorge Martin, and VR46 Racing’s Marco Bezzecchi.

Performance and Engineering

Mechanically identical to the standard models, the Race Replicas are powered by Ducati’s renowned engines. The Panigale V2 is equipped with a 955 cc, liquid-cooled, L-twin engine, promising a blend of manageable power and agility. The V2 produces 157 PS of power and 104 Nm of peak torque. The V4 variant is the epitome of Ducati’s engineering excellence, offering an exhilarating ride with its powerful engine and state-of-the-art technology. It is equipped with a 998 cc liquid-cooled, four-cylinder engine that produces a mammoth 220 PS and 112 Nm of peak torque.

Exclusive Features

These motorcycles are not just about looks; they come with special features like a nine-disc dry clutch, homologated Akrapovic exhaust, adjustable billet aluminum Rizoma foot pegs, and a GPS module for lap time monitoring. Carbon fiber elements are generously used across the bikes, adding to their exclusivity and performance.

Availability and Pricing

First up is the Ducati Panigale V4, which is available in the colors of Pecco Bagnaia, the 2023 MotoGP World Champion, Jorge Martin, the runner-up, and Marco Bezzecchi of VR46 Racing, who placed third. In particular, Bagnaia’s bike, which is only available in 236 pieces globally, looks stunning in the Giallo Ducati livery. There are just 72 bikes available for Bezzecchi, and just 189 units of Martin’s Pramac Ducati liveried bike.

Additionally, Ducati is selling 111 Panigale V2 units in the Aruba and 219 Panigale V4 units in the race colors of 2023 WSBK Champion Alvaro Bautista.Bulega’s Racing WorldSSP rider’s race vehicle.

The Race Replica bikes are available on order only, and Ducati is expected to announce their prices at a later date. Given the limited production numbers, these motorcycles are anticipated to be a collector’s item for Ducati aficionados.
