We know that many motorcycling enthusiasts are eagerly waiting for new Royal Enfield motorcycles. Amongst these, the new Himalayan 450 looks very promising. Now, new spy shots of the bike have revealed the digital instrument cluster of the bike.
What’s new in the 2023 Royal Enfield Himalayan 450?
There are many firsts on the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450. One of these is the new liquid-cooled engine, while the other is the company’s first all-digital instrument cluster. New spy shots now reveal this instrument cluster in more detail.
The new circular pod looks pretty modern and is unlike any other Royal Enfield bike on sale. The instrument cluster consists of a digital circular tachometer on the outside. Meanwhile the gear position indicator is on the center. The speedo is towards the right side of the gear indicator. The speedometer digits are big which make it easy to read on the go. Any other data is displayed on the bottom of the circle.
We can also see some other details on this new cluster. One of these is the rpm mark. From the image we can spot that the redline of the new 450cc liquid-cooled engine could be between 8,000-9,000 rpm mark.
Apart from this, we can also expect Royal Enfield to offer the Tripper navigation unit if not standard, as an optional extra on some variants of the Himalayan 450.
Other aspects like the switch gear of the bike remain the same as current bikes.
