Classic Legends delivered 500 motorcycles in Maharashtra on Gudi Padwa

Written by AnantaSaranNayak

Classic Legends, on the 2nd of April 2022, delivered 500 units of new Jawa and Yezdi motorcycles. This was to mark the auspicious occasion of Gudi Padwa, which is the Marathi New Year. The delivery of these 500 units took place across 19 dealerships in Maharashtra. Classic Legends brought back the Jawa brand to the Indian market in 2018. The initial batches included the Jawa, Jawa Forty Two and Perak.

Furthermore, Java also leveraged Classic Legend’s wide dealership network across the country. With the introduction of Yezdi, Classic Legends added three all-new models. These were Adventure, Scrambler and Roadster that hit our roads earlier this year.

Classic Legend Growing Strongly

Currently, the brand has a presence in the country with a dealership network of more than 300 outlets, and more are getting added as we write this. Classic Legends has a long term map of curating an entire lifestyle ecosystem for customers and the community. With the help of its partner community, Classic Legends aims at honing and enhancing every aspect of its motorcycle.

Classic Legends taking its inspiration from its global expertise, will design products that will resonate with the ethos of retro motorcycling. In the international market, Classic Legends recently unveiled the BSA, thus bringing back the iconic BSA Goldstar. The brand currently has its presence in the European market with plans for expansion to newer regions in the future.

New Yezdi Roading In Making

The Mahindra owned Classic Legend has patented the Roadking name to use for one of its motorcycles. Currently, with the Yezdi Adventure, Scrambler and the Roadster, the motorcycle maker has an offering in all three segments, i.e. touring, urban and cruising. And thus, we believe Yezdi Roadking might fall under the new modern classic motorcycle segment. In addition to this, we also believe Yezdi might use a higher capacity engine like a 650cc middleweight unit. Once launched, Yezdi Roadking will go head to head with the Royal Enfield twins.
