Citroën India’s Insurance Partnership with ICICI Lombard GIC

Citroën India has recently signed a strategic partnership with ICICI Lombard GIC for vehicle insurance services. Under this, the French carmaker will now offer products and services for insurance to its customers. This will happen through its existing insurance partner Bajaj Allianz and the new partner ICICI Lombard GIC. The main aim is to enhance the customer experience and product offerings. Thus Citroen India has signed a corporate agency agreement with ICICI Lombard GIC.

This strategic partnership will also ensure that Citroen customers now have more options. So they can now choose to select the insurance coverages that suit their specific requirements. The fact that ICICI Lombard GIC is the largest private player in the motor insurance industry. They are pretty capable of offering customers the best industry services. ICICI also mentioned faster claims settlement through various technology-based solutions.

There is a 24 X 7 Dedicated helpline for Claims Management and Customer Service for the customers. Customers can also opt for ICICI Lombard Take Care App and Website for claims support. Using Claims Live Video Inspection – InstaSpect, adds to the convenience. With the growing digitalisation, ICICI is also offering Digital Claim Document Submission. Furthermore, there’s also this E-Claims, which offers Contactless Claim Process. With Virtual Survey for Claim Settlement, customers can get things done from the comfort of their homes. Of all of these, ICICI also offers unique add-on products. This includes EMI Protect, Emergency Medical Expenses, and Battery Protect for Citroën India customers.
