Citroën C5 Aircross SUV confirmed for launch before end of 2020

Groupe PSA has officially announced the Citroen brand for India at an event in Chennai. The brand also revealed that their first ever product for the Indian market, the Citroen C5 Aircross SUV will make a debut before the end of 2020. The C5 Aircross was also on display, and the car looks quite promising.

Citroen announced that after the launch of the C5 Aircross SUV, the brand will launch one new car every year from 2021.

The Citroen C5 Aircross SUV will be made in India. Citroen could also develop more cars specifically for the Indian market in the near future. The brands new strategy is called ‘C Cubed’ which stands for Cool, Comfort & Clever. Citroen will be banking on disruptive digital campaigns to gain customers and generate brand awareness.

The Citroen C5 Aircross SUV looks stunning. The car measures more than 4.5 metres in length and in terms of rivals, one can consider the Hyundai Tucson. The brand claims that with chunky roof rails, large wheels, muscular and bold styling; the C5 Aircross will appeal to the SUV loving Indian car buyer. A horizontal dashboard, seats which envelope the occupants, spacious interiors and a whole array of latest features would also result in an enriching cabin experience.

Citroen claims that the C5 Aircross SUV when launched, will be the most comfortable model in the segment.
