Citroen C3 now available at PHYGITAL showroom in Mumbai

Citroen is expanding its presence in the country quite rapidly. After the successful inauguration of its PHYGITAL store, it is now available in Mumbai. Located at the address, La Maison Citroen Mumbai – PPS Motors, Krishna Premises Co-Operative Society, Plot No.D-6 CTS No.633, New Link Rd, opp. Laxmi Industrial Estate, Andheri West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400053.

This facility will cater to the demand in and around the Mumbai region. The showroom is also part of the company’s network expansion across India with 9 new La Maison PHYGITAL showrooms. These have come up in Chandigarh, Jaipur, Lucknow, Bhubaneswar, Surat, Nagpur, Vizag, Calicut and Coimbatore. The showroom will also offer customers test drive experience and all after-sales services.

Citroen PHYGITAL Store Expereince

The showrooms will debut the ATAWADAC experience (AnyTime AnyWhere AnyDevice AnyContent) concept that comes integrated with a unique High Definition 3D configurator. Using this, customers can experience the product with a 360° view and personalise their product and services. This 360° Comfort strategy for India claims to offer unmatched comfort, never experienced before. With these PHYGITAL showrooms, Citroen also aims to bring a revolution in the way an Indian car consumer looks at his car purchasing journey.

A fully digital eco-system will integrate all the services and offer the customers a well-packaged ownership experience. Pre-bookings for customers have already begun since 1st July 2022. Citroen will also include attractive finance and leasing services through Citroën Finance and Insurance with a 30-minute Guaranteed Trade-In facility. With these La Maison showroom concepts, Citroen is all set to disrupt the codes of traditional automobile distribution. The feel-like-home experience will attract a host of audiences to these showrooms.

Service Support Via L’Atelier Citroen

After-sales support of L’Atelier Citroen, the aftersales workshop, will offer a range of services. This includes Virtual Remote Diagnostics, 180 Minute RSA Guarantee, Periodic Service and Maintenance with Pickup and Drop, and Genuine Spare Parts available within 24 hours. They’re also a Service on Wheels facility that will enhance customer reach and be available for service or repair jobs at the customer’s doorstep.
