The cheapest Ferrari in India, but not really cheap. The Italian brand has launched the Portofino convertible in India at prices starting from INR 3.5 crore ex-showroom. Of course, it is a Ferrari, and it is a stunning piece of art in motion when you’ll ever get to see one on the streets.
First things first, the Portofino is powered by a 3.9L, Ferrari Twin-Turbo, V8 motor producing 591 BHP of power @ 7500 RPM and 760 Nm of peak torque between 3000-5250 RPM matched to a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox. This drop top, red hot Ferrari claims to sprint from 0-100 kmph in 3.5 seconds and has a top whack over 320 kmph.
The Portofino was showcased at the 2017 Frankfurt Motor Show and finally makes it to Indian shores.
This sportscar however is a 2+2 convertible. So you can seat 4, with a folding metal roof. Yes, it gets a hard top.
