But the Japanese motorcycle recently introduced the sharp Z650 in the BS6 avatar. A relatively new Chinese motorcycle manufacturer CFMoto also fights in this segment with the CFMoto 650NK. But this comparison is not about aesthetics. Instead, it focuses on the technical specifications that both the motorcycles offer as well as the price.
CFMoto 650NK Vs. Kawasaki Z650 – Engine Specifications
Powering the CFMoto 650NK is a 649.3cc inline twin-cylinder liquid-cooled engine. The 8-valve DOHC engine comes with a BOSCH EFI electronic fuel-injection system and produces 55.6 Hp of power and 54.4 Nm of torque. The brand offers a 6-speed transmission with a wet multi-plate clutch on the 650NK. On the other hand, the Kawasaki Z650 comes with a liquid-cooled 649cc parallel-twin cylinder engine. The Kawasaki Z650 comes with 300mm dual semi-floating discs on the front with dual-piston stoppers and a 220mm single rotor on the rear with a single-piston calliper. The motorcycle also comes with a dual-channel ABS for safety.

The CFMoto 650NK measures 2114mm in length, 757mm in width and 1100mm in height. The 650NK comes with a 1415mm wheelbase and a saddle height of 815mm. The brand offers a minimum ground clearance of 150mm, and the bike tips the scales at 206 kgs. The CFMoto 650NK comes with a 17-litre fuel tank capacity and is capable of carrying a payload of 150 kg.
On the other hand, the Kawasaki Z650 measures 2,115mm in length, 765mm in width, and 1,065mm in height. The motorcycle has a wheelbase of 1,410mm and tips the scales at 191 kg at the kerb. The Z650 comes with a 130 mm minimum ground clearance and an approachable 790mm seat height. The bike comes with a 15-litre fuel tank capacity.
