Why are we not surprised? Chinese technology company BYD has introduced the new BYD Yuan Pro EV in the Chinese market. The BYD Yuan Pro EV looks like a Ford EcoSport rip-off. And though the exteriors of the compact SUV are heavily inspired by the EcoSport, under the hood, the Yuan Pro EV, like its suffix, gets an electric powertrain.

Powering the Yuan Pro EV is a 136 Hp/210 Nm electric motor that powers the front wheels of the compact SUV. The BYD Yuan Pro EV comes with two battery options.
