This leads us to believe that the brand could be planning to introduce the SUV in the European market. The electric SUV is also expected to arrive in the Indian market in the near future.

The BYD Seal U SUV uses the BYD Seal platform and gets similar features as well, but in an SUV avatar. In the Chinese market, BYD retails the Seal U as the BYD Song. BYD plans to bring the PHEV (Plug-in Hybrid Vehicle) variant of the BYD Seal U to the European markets. If launched the Seal U will be BYD’s first PHEV in Europe.
