BYD India opens 1st Passenger Vehicle Showroom in Mumbai

Warren Buffett-backed automaker BYD recently announced the opening of a showroom for passenger vehicles in India. This is now the fifth showroom of BYD, which has come up in Mumbai. BYD confirmed that Landmark BYD will manage this outlet. Landmark BYD promises to offer consumers in Mumbai city access to BYD’s pure electric vehicles. Landmark BYD already has a vast experience in the automobile industry and extensive reach, with its business covering neighbouring regions. Now, residents of Mumbai will leverage world-class and sustainable motoring solutions within the city.

Spread across 2,000 square feet, the showroom has well-trained technicians, service equipment, and service bays. In addition to this, the facility also has EV charging stations, a customer lounge and a showroom display floor. Thus, all these add up perfectly to offer its customers the best in-store experience in the centre of the city. BYD also mentioned that the Mumbai region is one of the key markets for the company. Recently enough, Mumbai city has been seeing a shift toward electric vehicles. Thus to make the most of this trend, BYD has added its dealership facility. Now, customers can get a first-hand experience of BYD’s products. This is a great move to attract more footfall to the facility, thus boosting sales.
