BS6 Benelli Leoncino 500 launched at INR 4,59,900

Benelli has launched the new BS6 compliant Leoncino 500 in the Indian market at the starting price of INR 4,59,900 ex-showroom, Delhi. The Benelli Leoncino 500 in the Leoncino Red colour comes at INR 4.69,900 ex-showroom. The brand has also commenced bookings on the new Benelli Leoncino 500 with the amount of INR 10,000. Customers can reserve the motorcycle by putting down the amount at all Benelli Dealerships as well as from the brand’s online sales channel.

Design & Styling

The Benelli Leoncino 500 BS6 features the Lion Cub design language from the 1960s that reverberates with the classic
street scrambler looks along with a modern low emission engine and electronics. The front fender displays the Lion of Pesaro, along with the new LED headlamps in a classic rounded shape, almond-shaped fuel tank, bench-style seats with tuck and roll upholstery, sleek tail section, rounded mirrors, digital instruments cluster.

Powertrain

Powering the new Benelli Leoncino 500 is a BS6 emission compliant, 500cc liquid-cooled, twin-cylinder, DOHC engine with electronic fuel injection that produces 47.5PS of power at 8500rpm and 46Nm of torque at 6000rpm. The engine comes with a smooth-shifting 6-speed gearbox. The Benelli Leoncino 500 comes with a steel trellis frame in black and rides on upside-down front fork suspension and a monoshock on the rear.

Benelli is offering the Leoncino with two colour options – Steel Grey and Leoncino Red. The brand also offers a 3-Year Unlimited Kilometer Warranty as Standard.

Benelli recently launched the 2021 BS6 emission-compliant Benelli TRK 502 adventure class motorcycle at the price of INR 4.80 lakh ex-showroom, India (Introductory). The Benelli TRK 502 BS6 comes with Benelli Red and Pure White colours are priced at INR 4.90 lakh ex-showroom, India which is INR 10,000 more than the Metallic Dark Grey colour. Along with the TRK 502, Benelli also launched the 2021 Benelli Imperiale 400 which is now INR 10,000 more affordable than the predecessor and now comes at the price of INR 1.89 lakh ex-showroom.
