Jaguar Land Rover India has started accepting bookings for the new Range Rover SVAutobiography and Range Rover Sport SVR. Both these luxury SUVs have been tweaked by the Special Vehicle Operations (SVO) team, and hence will be offering better performance than before.
The Range Rover Sport SVR is the most powerful and fastest Land Rover SUV. The upcoming model comes powered by an uprated 5.0L, V8 supercharged petrol motor producing 423 kW of power which allows the car to sprint from 0-100 kmph in just 4.5 seconds. The team at SVO have worked on the car to offer good balance during heavy acceleration and braking. Suspension damping have been worked to improve grip levels even while cornering. The SVR version now comes with a carbon fibre bonnet as standard and an optional exposed one. Front bumper has been reprofiled to allow for better engine cooling and braking. The SVR performance seats are also new.
The new Range Rover SVAutobiography in standard wheelbase in the Dynamic trim comes with a 416 kW motor. The Range Rover SVAutobiography Long Wheelbase comes with two engine options producing either 250 kW or 416 kW.
Range Rover SVAutobiography comes with deployable centre console, veneer finishing, hot stone massage seats as standard. Other features include power closing rear doors, in-car refrigerator, LED headlamps, LED DRLs, LED tail lamps and a Meridian sound system. The side vent graphics are now body coloured with chrome inserts, chrome door handle surrounds and chrome on the tail gate as well. Customers have an option of 21″ & 22″ wheels.
The new Range Rover SVAutobiography comes with a differently worked chassis, steering, exhaust & suspension making it sit 8mm lower than the standard Range Rover. There are also red brake calipers on offer.
