BMW launches X6 xDrive35i M Sport for INR 94,15,000

BMW had plenty of launches for the Auto Expo 2018 which concluded recently. The X6 xDrive 35i M Sport was also launched for our market and has been priced at INR 94.15 lakh (ex-showroom). This Sports Activity Coupe will be available across all BMW showrooms as a CBU product.

The X6 was the first ever such product in the Indian luxury car market, much before Mercedes-Benz brought in the GLE. This new X6 xDrive35i M Sport as the name suggests is a petrol powered variant.

Features include 20″ M light alloy wheels, M Aerodynamics package with front apron, large air inlets and side sills, ‘M’ badge on front wings, M doorsill strip, adaptive LED Headlights, automatic tailgate, adaptive M suspension and much more. Inside, the M Sport package offers, electronically adjustable sports seats, M leather steering wheel, doorsill finishers with M logo, BMW Individual headliner in anthracite and aluminum hexagon interior trim, Head-Up display, ambient light, etc.

Powering the X6 xDrive35i M Sport is a 3.0L, TwinTurbo, inline, 6-cylinder petrol motor producing 306 HP of power and 400 Nm of torque helping the car sprint from 0-100 kmph in just 6.4 seconds. Engine is coupled to an 8-speed steptronic sport automatic gearbox. xDrive is a clear giveaway that this car also comes with AWD system.

Safety features include Dynamic Stability Control (DSC), Dynamic Traction Control (DTC), Cornering Brake Control (CBC), electric parking brake with auto hold, Hill Descent Control (HDC), side-impact protection, electronic vehicle immobilizer and crash sensor, ISOFIX child seat mounting and integrated emergency spare wheel.
