German car manufacturer, BMW has introduced the new BMW X3 xDrive30i SportX in the Indian market at the price of INR 56.60 lakh ex-showroom. The new SportX trim features sporty elements and targets aficionados that are looking for an adventurous SAV (Sports Activity Vehicle). According to the brand the BMW X3 xDrive30i SportX reimagines power and freedom with its powerful engine, well built exterior proportions and well-laid interior features.
Technical Specifications
Powering the BMW X3 xDrive30i SportX is a 2.0-litre BMW TwinPower Turbo 4-cylinder engine that pumps out 252 Hp of power and 350 Nm of torque that enables the SUV to accelerate from 0-100 kmph in just 6.3 seconds. The engine is mated to an 8-speed automatic Steptronic sport transmission with xDrive – intelligent 4WD with variable torque distribution, Automatic Hold Function, Hill Descent Control, Hill Start Assist and gearshift paddles on the steering wheel.
Design & Styling
The BMW X3 xDrive30i SportX comes with BMW four-eyed front face, LED headlamps, new hexagonal design LED fog lamps, LED expressive taillights, enhanced distinctive double kidney grille with Black High Gloss accents, a dual-tone skid plate, 18-inch light-alloy wheels, chrome finish on the exhaust tail pipes on both sides. On the inside, the xDrive30i SportX features embossed ‘X’ logo on the doors and centre console, Ambient Lighting with six dimmable light designs, Welcome Light Carpet on the sills, 550 litres of boot space with automatic tailgate operation, rear window sunblind, a large panoramic sunroof and optimised cabin noise insulation.

The SUV features BMW Live Cockpit Plus with touch functionality, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration, digital instrument cluster with analogue dials, Fine-Wood Trim with Pearl Chrome Finisher, Sensatec upholstery, Galvanic application on controls, three-zone automatic air-conditioning, Parking Assistant and a Hi-Fi loudspeaker system.
