BMW launches 620d M Sport Signature in India at INR 78.90 lakh

BMW India has launched the BMW 620d M Sport Signature in the Indian market at the price of INR 78.90 lakh ex-showroom. The new 620d M Sport Signature is the extension of the 6-Series portfolio in India, offering customers an additional trim in the 6GT line up. The BMW 620d M Sport Signature will be produced locally at the BMW Group Plant in Chennai and is close to INR 3.4 lakh costlier than the 6GT M Sport.

BMW 620d M Sport Signature – What Do You Get?

The BMW 620d M Sport Signature comes with a slew of standard features. This includes Soft-Close function for doors, Comfort Access System and Comfort seating for Driver and Front Passenger. The new 6GT M Sport Signature also comes with 19-inch M light double spoke alloy wheels. The brand also offers M Aerodynamic Kit, Adaptive 2-axle air suspension and M Sport brakes. The car also features BMW display key, and an Automatic air conditioning with 4-zone control.

BMW 620d M Sport Signature – Powertrain

Powering the BMW 620d M Sport Signature is the 2.0-litre in-line four-cylinder BMW Twin Power Turbo diesel engine. The engine produces 190 Hp of power and 400 Nm of torque. The oil motor is matched to an 8-speed steptronic automatic transmission. BMW claims that the diesel engine is capable of achieving a top speed of 220 kmph and can sprint from 0-100 kmph in just 7.9 seconds. The engine is also capable of returning a fuel efficiency of 18.6 kmpl.

 

The 6 Series GT model is 5091mm in length, 1538mm in height, 2158mm in width and comes with 245/45 R19 front and 275/40 R19 rear tyres. BMW offers the 620d M Sport Signature with four exterior colour options and a single interior theme. The crossover comes with Mineral White, Carbon Black, Skyscraper Metallic and BMW Individual Tanzanite Blue. On the inside, the 620d M Sport Signature comes with ‘Dakota’ Cognac leather with exclusive stitching and contrast piping. The upholstery is accompanied with fine-wood trim – ‘Fineline’ Ridge with a Pearl Chrome highlight trim finisher.
