In addition to this, the BMW One app and BMW Smart Video will act as a synergy to augment the brand’s customer-centric initiatives. This initiative provides a flexible option for BMW customers, who can now service their vehicles without visiting the workshop.
BMW Extends Its Digital Services To Help Fight The Pandemic
With the help of this initiative, customers will now be able to go through the entire vehicle service virtually. Customers need to use the BMW One App, which is accessible via mobile, tablet, or personal computer and choose the required type of service. Then the application will prompt to provide the preferred date and time slot for the service. Upon successfully receiving the service approval, BMW will send its personnel to pick up the customer’s vehicle from their home. BMW will then send a detailed assessment of the car and other additional information via BMW’s Smart Video update. Customers will then review the estimate and quotation, and then upon approval of the customer, BMW will start the service.
