German premium car manufacturer, BMW has launched the BMW 3 Series Gran Turismo ‘Shadow Edition’ in India at the price of INR 42.50 lakh ex-showroom. The BMW 3 Series Gran Turismo ‘Shadow Edition’ will be available in M Sport design scheme available in the petrol variant at all BMW dealerships across India from today onwards.
The BMW 3 Series Gran Tourismo is positioned as a luxury tourer targeted towards customer looking for both extravagance and adventure. The BMW 3 Series Gran Tourismo Shadow Edition features sporty M Sport design with black high-gloss elements such as the signature kidney grille with nine slats in high-gloss black, athletic front end with dark shadow elements that extend into the LED headlights and taillights, 18-inch Star-spoke alloy wheels in jet black and black chrome exhaust pipes.
On the inside the BMW 3 Series Gran Tourismo Shadow Edition features a driver-oriented BMW cockpit, raised seating position, M sports leather steering wheel, Panorama Glass Roof, mood-lifting colours of ambient lighting, chrome edging of air vents, aluminium door sill plates, universal wireless charging as a complementary accessory and key with M logo. The BMW 3 Series Gran Tourismo Shadow Edition also features a 22.3-cm touchscreen infotainment system with BMW Navigation system Professional, BMW ConnectedDrive, 3D Maps, BMW Apps, Park Distance Control (PDC), Rear View Camera, Apple CarPlay Connectivity through Bluetooth and USB/AUX-IN connectivity.
The BMW 3 Series Gran Tourismo Shadow Edition is powered by a 2.0-litre four-cylinder BMW TwinPower Turbo petrol engine from the BMW EfficientDynamics family that produces 252 HP of power and 350 Nm of torque matched to an 8-speed Steptronic Sport automatic transmission with paddle shifters.
The BMW 3 Series Gran Turismo ‘Shadow Edition’ also comes with six airbags, ABS with brake assist, Dynamic Stability Control (DSC), Dynamic Traction Control (DTC), Cornering Brake Control (CBC), Side-impact Protection, Runflat tyres with reinforced sidewalls, emergency spare wheel, electronic vehicle immobiliser, a fully automated & chargeable key and a crash sensor.
