BharatBenz adds a new dealership in Jammu & Kashmir

Written by AnantaSaranNayak

In an attempt to expand the business, Daimler India Commercial Vehicles (DICV), in association with PAL Trucking, has added a new BharatBenz dealership in Jammu. This touchpoint will offer complete sales, service and support for the entire range of BharatBenz buses and trucks. The service centre in Jammu has a total area of 2,000 sq yards and has 8 Service Bays. Meanwhile, the facility at Srinagar covers 1,000 sq yards with a total of 4 Service Bays. The 2S facility at Rajouri houses 3 Service Bays with a total area of 450 sq yards.

The company mentioned that J&K being a growing construction hub, is witnessing a strong demand for commercial vehicles. This is a great opportunity for BharatBenz to expand its business and boost the sales figure. BharatBenz has set a target to set up 7 service centres in the UT to facilitate smooth and seamless customer service.

Facilities Available At These Dealership Touchpoints

The first and foremost asset where BharatBenz is making the maximum effort is the manpower. The company claims that all the dealership touchpoints are well-equipped with professionally trained manpower. They have the capability to address all the diverse needs of the customers. Furthermore, the dealership also offers a slew of other add-on services. These are Driver Trainings, Driver Lounge, Deiselabh (Payback points with a customized card for HP Filling station), EW up to 8 years, up to 10 years AMC, Cashless zero-dep Insurance, Proserve Mobile App, vehicle tracking systems, 24×7 roadside assistance, and more.

Given the growing demand for commercial vehicles across the country, BharatBenz has pretty much added its dealerships in all major regions. One can find these touchpoints across all leading National and State highways, thus improving connectivity and freedom. The company mentioned that on the National Highways of the Golden quadrilateral, the average distance between two BharatBenz touchpoints varies between 140 and 180 km only, which is quite remarkable.
