Maruti Suzuki has been very proactive in playing around with its products and keep them looking fresh amidst increasing competition. The brand has now introduced a darker shade for alloy wheels on the Baleno hatchback & S-Cross crossover. Nothing else has changed apart from this cosmetic addition.
You would have noticed this similar colour alloy wheel on the Ciaz diesel. Now, the S-Cross & Baleno also get the same share and it does look good. Better than the boring silver coloured alloys. Also since the alloy designs weren’t really great, a unique colour surely adds some spice.
The Baleno is powered by a 1.2L petrol motor producing 83.1 BHP of power & a 1.3L diesel motor will produce 73.9 BHP of power. The Baleno petrol will deliver 21.4 kmpl while the diesel version will deliver 27.39 kmpl.
The S-Cross is available in 2 diesel engine options: 1.3L, 89 BHP & 200 Nm diesel motor (DDiS 200) with 5-speed manual gearbox & a 1.6L, 118 BHP & 320 Nm diesel motor (DDiS 320) with 6-speed manual gearbox.
