Bajaj Pulsar 250 sales cross 10,000 milestone

Bajaj Auto recently achieved the creditable feat of delivering 10,000 units of the all-new Pulsar 250. The Pulsar 250s achieved this feat within six months of their launch. Furthermore, this is the fastest any 250cc motorcycle has reached this sales milestone in the BS6 era.

Bajaj launched the Pulsar 250 in October 2021 to celebrate its 20 years of leadership in the Indian sports motorcycle market. The Pulsar brand is synonymous with sports biking in India. The new Pulsar 250 debuted an all-new platform and engine. Bajaj says the Pulsar 250 is for those who seek a sporty character and also everyday practicality.

The Pulsar 250 has also won several ‘best motorcycle’ awards in the premium bike segment. The addition of the new 250cc Pulsars adds another weapon to the brand’s arsenal. The company says the new engine displacement is also a sweet spot for thrill and adventure-seeking riders.

Bajaj Pulsar N250 & F250 – Price, Variant and Colours

The Pulsar 250 comes in two variants – the N250 and F250. The former gets the naked motorcycle design, while the latter gets a partial fairing. The N250 and F250 are available in three colours – Techno Grey, Racing Red and Caribbean Blue. The price for the N250 is INR 1,43,680 ex-showroom while the F250 costs INR 1,44,979 ex-showroom.

Bajaj Pulsar N250 & F250 – Technical Specifications

Powering both the Pulsars is a 249.07cc single-cylinder oil-cooled engine. It uses a Single Overhead Camshaft valvetrain. The engine features fuel injection and makes 24.5 PS and 21.5 Nm of torque. The motorcycles get a 5-speed gearbox. Additionally, they also feature a slip and assist clutch. 

The Pulsar 250 gets a new tubular frame chassis. The bikes get a telescopic front suspension and a new monoshock at the rear. Braking is done by 300mm front and 230mm rear disc brakes. For added safety, the Pulsar 250 also gets a dual-channel ABS.
